@ Rick
I installed the beta … let me know how it goes.
Will test now…thx.
Hi Steve…the refresh now works and the admin gets a moderation request.
However, the email back to the user confirming the submission under review has gone away. (BTW…new submissions do not have this problem…only edits).
Let me know if you can restore this function…Thx.
@ Rick
Right, when I removed the update check for you it entered the “new submission” path … which is why the page refresh to edit didn’t fire.
The update check is in place with this beta so the correct logic paths are followed again. So there would be no email to the user after an edit. Just like it was originally.
With that said … there a message/notice that is displayed right on the page above the edit form stating the the submission is under review. Seems redundant and maybe a little spammy to send an email too.
Ok…I understand. Just wondering why FORM logic provides the option to send an email on initial submissions, but not on edits, even though both also provide a short message on the screen that the submission/edit is under review.
I agree that the email is a bit spammy…I can live with it…..thanks.
@ Rick
True … I reluctantly added the auto response notice (to the submitter) because it was highly requested. I personally feel on screen message is enough and only the admin needs to be notified of submissions.
Thanks for your patience and working with me to round out a couple of the rougher edges of Form.
Thanks Steve.
The presentation went very well.
