How do I manually upgrade?

First deactivate and then delete the plug-in from your WordPress installation. Download the latest version of Connections and upload that zip file to your WordPress installation using the built-in upload tool in WordPress 2.7 and newer. Optionally you could unzip the file and FTP the contents to your WordPress plug-in folder.
