Glad the error is gone and I understand that LINK will need a change for the “edited visibility” issue.
However, I did not receive an email indicating an edit is waiting for moderation and would therefore not know I was supposed to approve. This would leave it hanging for quite awhile. This is a required part of the process and it would also be good to ensure the user gets an email when it is approved.01/19/2015 at 2:20 pm #315211
This is not resolved yet.01/19/2015 at 6:12 pm #315264This reply has been marked as private.01/20/2015 at 6:50 pm #315529
I am done testing. I’ll also have to add that feature to Link. I’ll work on both of these this week and try to complete them.01/20/2015 at 9:57 pm #315539
Thanks Steve! Please let me know when LINK has been corrected. I have deleted your temporary access to our site and the member data you entered.02/02/2015 at 5:33 pm #317958
Hi Steve..tested 8.1.6 and the moderated edit error message is corrected but we are still waiting for the FORM change to send the admin an email that an edit is awaiting moderation. This is important.
NEW FORM bug…the user cannot remove their own second phone or email entry any longer. Removing and Submitting results in no change back in Connections. Doing it from the admin function still works.02/03/2015 at 3:35 pm #318093
Well, I’d be darned it seems that bug has existed since 3/13/2014 and no one, even myself has noticed it.
I just released 2.0.3 which addresses this and a few other small items.
The email notification…
I’ve been working on this from several different angles, it has not been merged into the code yet because I do not like it. Looking at it from a different view today, I wonder if I’m over complicating it…
Right now I have a check in place if the entry is being updated or not. If an entry is being updated, no notices are being set. I implemented this check because I didn’t want notices to be sent on every change… but, I think that may be what actually is needed.
If you grant me temp admin access again, I’ll update Form for you and then remove the check from the code. Then you can play with it and let me know if it works like your think it should or not.02/03/2015 at 3:54 pm #318094
Thanks! (I have to present this on Thursday).
You now have access and the system should have sent you the password.

Please let me know when you are done. I assume that the changes will be included in WP Form updates as well.

Ok, I did the update and made the tweak to remove the update check, you should get an email every time a user makes a change if they only have edit moderated capability.02/03/2015 at 6:05 pm #318100
Many thanks….I’ll test and report back shortly.
