First, I must apologize! I’m sorry I overlooked answering your question. As you know from personal experience I answer questions very quickly. Most your other questions were answered well within a couple hours. Generally I answer all questions within 24 hours except on weekends. Paid customers are always prioritized.

I see you have purchased Link, so you already have a way to link a user account with a directory entry. What there is not is method builtin to a “claim entry” feature. That is on my todo list. That said, you can actually do this now. Add a page to your site, call it claim listing or something. Install a plugin that adds the ability to take frontend registrations and add it to that page. When they register and login, Link will link the accounts together.

Unfortunately you can not import more than one web address of the same type at a time. The easiest solution I can think of is to rename the Blog link type. You can do this by following the instructions in the change field labels tutorial. The downside, it will be a bit confusing when manually adding websites because two will show in the list and I not 100% sure how that would affect the import/export.

Ok, now I see. It appears someone had altered the tile to display the bio. The bio in the template’s default state is only displayed on the single entry profile/detail page. When you click on the entry’s name. Now, it appears the names are not links, so, perhaps they were turned off. They can be turned back on on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Advanced tab. Enable the Name permalink option.

If you want the bio to display on the tile itself again, you’ll have to edit the template to add it back on. Add $entry->getBioBlock(); on the card.php file where you want he bio to be displayed. The file can be found in ../wp-content/plugins/connections-tile-plus/

If you decide to make this change, then I recommend following the instructions in the template override files tutorial.

What do you mean by “Connections panel“? Do you mean your purchase history page where you can manage sites or the Connections : Settings admin page under the Licenses tab?

If it is the former, the site activation/deactivation does not “migrate” from manage sites to the actual site. You still need to activate the license on the actual site.

My recommendation is to deactivate the license on the sandbox site on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Licenses tab and then activate it on the live site. The do the reverse to go from live to sandbox.

Immediately. The license status message on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Licenses tab are/were deceiving. They were cached for a 24 hour period so may not have actually reflected the actual state until that cached message expired and then refreshed. The latest version of Connections has corrected, I hope. So the status messages should be more realtime. They are still cached for a day, but more actions force the cache to expire and therefore it should be refreshed. I really hope that make sense!
