You might want to hit up the EE support channels. They seem to be very responsive. So you’ll likely get a faster response vs. leaving a reply here since this does not seem to be related to Connections.
Thanks for the info! It’s been probably 6—8 years since I set up those dependencies so I can even begin to say why I set them up the way I did. I’ve put this on my issue tracker to review the dependencies. I’m thinking I’m only using jquery-form so images can be uploaded. If I recall correctly it’s needed to do that. I see you mentioned that it is deprecated since I’m guessing it’s no longer needed for image uploads or there is a more modern alternative. I’ll look into that too.
If you ever find that Connections is causing you and your customers a support issue, please let me know. I do put in great effort to ensure I do not step on other plugins.
