ParticipantWe have discovered some conflicts have arisen between connections pro and our event registration plugin EE4.
(For Version Info) EE4 (4.9.13). Connections-Pro has remained on version 8.5.26 for several weeks. The EE4 4.9.12 to 4.9.13 created a conflict with Connections-Pro.
We have deactivated all plugins and turned on EE4 while activating, then deactivating plugins one at a time to isolate the issue.
When users are entering information into the fields in the personal registration form an error is alerted “An error has occurred: First Name is a required value.”
Any feedback or input provided would be helpful. We are using Connections-pro plugin shortcodes on two pages – one for all directory listings, one for our affiliate organizations. I’ve listed affiliates by category and was working on that last week – that’s around the time when the issue began.

I visited you site and I was unable to locate those two pages. Could you provide some direct links so I can take a look?

KeymasterIn order for me to be able to debug I’ll need to be able to replicate the the error in order to determine the cause.

ParticipantI’ve activated Connections again, so you can see how the registration form stops working. However I will need to re-deactivate it shortly as I have customers trying to register currently before a deadline Friday. (They’d also like to be looking at my deactivated business directory LOL)

ParticipantI have currently deactivated connections pro because it’s activation interrupts our revenue stream via the registration plugin.
The connection pages are:
https://amrityoga.org/teacherdirectory/
https://amrityoga.org/affiliates/The issue is not on these pages though. The issue is when Connections is activated and EE4 V4.9.13 when users are on a registration page such as:
https://amrityoga.org/registration-checkout/?uts=1475522260#checkoutIf Nash is willing, his website may have the same issue, his can be used for debugging. Out of curiosity, Nash are you using Facebook Conversion Pixel Plugins as well?

ParticipantNo, I am not using Facebook Conversion Pixel Plugins
Ironically, these are basically the only two plugins we really use… (and their extensions)
Hope we can get them to play nice.

Can I get an admin login? There’s only been one major change in Connections and that has been the the inclusion of the WP REST API (like JetPack) and initial support for the directory categories endpoint. What I’ll do is hotpatch to remove the inclusion on those files to see if that resolves the issue. I do not see how that would interfere but this is just my best guess and honestly not a great one.

ParticipantSent to the email address you used to do the test registration, let me know if you did not get it.
