ParticipantI activated the licence and enable Authored the content block and still it won’t show the recent articles on their profile that they subscribers published.

HAve your post authors logged in so they will be linked by Link? If they have not, have them log out and back in. After a link between their user account and their directory entry has been linked, their authored posts should display, the newest 5.

ParticipantOk I will try, one more question. The account user should be only the default Subscriber?
Because I create a custom role that only Paid Subscriber can post articles.

No, the role will not matter. You only need to setup Link to give your custom role the proper capabilities. And, technically, the role does not need any Connections related capabilities in order for the user posts to be displayed. The only requirement is that the user be linked to a entry. Hope that makes sense!

ParticipantHello Steven,
I noticed all the contributors without articles indicated “Linked to” on their profile. It means they’re a linked already.
But the contributors with articles public are not “Linked”. Is there something needed to configure here?

Keymaster@ Harold
No, there should be nothing else to configure. If you can give me a temp admin account, ‘ll take a look to see what the issue may be. The details can be posted here as a private reply.

It seems the Connections Link metadata for those two users were somehow “corrupted” (for a lack of a better term). I’ve manually corrected this and now things seems to be working fine.
Hope that helps! Apologies for the trouble!

ParticipantThanks Steven. It is fixed now. Hope no corrupted profile in the future. lol.
Anyway it be great if the Authored Extension will have an option to show the articles with Thumbnails not just a link. :)

I can add that to my feature request list. I guess using the featured image thumbnail set by the theme would be best, right?
