Thank you! I forwarded this to my developer so that he can determine what can be done with the nginx setup. Will keep you posted in case you run into it again.
In the interim- the direct links will definitely help me so thank you for that.
Is there any way to temporarily disable the category dropdown for now?
@ michelle
These doc pages are for cMap, but they apply to Tile Plus just the same:

Hopefully I’m on track and your dev will have a solution.
I think we managed a workaround. Just a heads up- I noticed that there was an update available so I installed and it did a white-out on the whole site. My dev said to tell you in the connections.php you’re missing this: “require_once CN_PATH . ‘includes/class.capabilities.php’;”
Hope that helps!
@ michelle
Can you ask the dev what the work-around was? I’d like to document it so if anyone else runs across this I can have a fix for them.
Not sure why that line would have been missing for you??? I’ve tripled checked the files uploaded to WordPress.org and it’s there. But this is the second report … but only the second in almost 1000 updates. how odd.
He says he added an extra bit of config(that serves images and static files) to append query strings when there’s a direct file match.
I have no idea what that means but hopefully it makes sense to you!
He is available on Google chat if you wish to speak with him- eric@biven.us
