I have tried to update the following plugins and get a message that the updates failed, (Connections cMAP, Form and Link. I am working with Godaddy and they told me to contact you. Please advise.05/03/2016 at 10:36 am #375083
Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Licenses tab. Make sure you have entered in the support license keys and activated them. After y9ou do you should be able to update without issue.

I found a purchase made by a Michael Kaiser on 12/07/2014. The domain of the email address matches but not the user name. So, I would say this is very likely the correct purchase. The email address is info [at] crossover.marketing … actually it looks like the email address is wrong, missing the trailing
.com. I corrected it.
To get the support license key numbers, he can log into his account (created during the checkout) and view them under the Licenses tab on the purchase history page. If he forgets the password, he should be able to reset it.

Can you tell me if it is compatable with the Word Press versions 4.5 and 4.5.1? Go daddy suggested that I check. Please let me know how to proceed.
