I have tried to update the following plugins and get a message that the updates failed, (Connections cMAP, Form and Link. I am working with Godaddy and they told me to contact you. Please advise.

Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Licenses tab. Make sure you have entered in the support license keys and activated them. After y9ou do you should be able to update without issue.

I talked to the person that developed the website for our organization. He does not have the key numbers. He will continue to look for them. What can I do if he cannot find them?

I can look too, but I’ll need the email address(es) which may have been used to make the purchase and the like name used to make the purchase. An approximate date will help too.

I found a purchase made by a Michael Kaiser on 12/07/2014. The domain of the email address matches but not the user name. So, I would say this is very likely the correct purchase. The email address is info [at] crossover.marketing … actually it looks like the email address is wrong, missing the trailing .com. I corrected it.

To get the support license key numbers, he can log into his account (created during the checkout) and view them under the Licenses tab on the purchase history page. If he forgets the password, he should be able to reset it.

ps. The support license keys have expired, to update, the Pro Pack License key will need to be renewed. This can also be done on the purchase history page.

I have not heard from Michael. I would like to take you up on your offer allow me to purchase the Pro Pack for the discount offer. Can you tell me if it is compatable with the Word Press versions 4.5 and 4.5.1? Go daddy suggested that I check. Please let me know how to proceed. Hopefully I can just update the plugins from our website. You can probably tell I am not real smart about this process. When Michael dropped us I became responsible for the websites. Yes there are three. Thank you for your help.
