I have copied the email that Michael sent to me. Will this work for transferring the account to me?

Ok, I made the change you will now have access to the purchase history. When logging on you will need to reset your password using the forgot password link. The email address is the one you have been using to reply.05/16/2016 at 10:45 pm #376515JohnParticipant
I have purchased the license and everything looks good at Connections. I still cannot upgrade c-map, forms and link. It states that the upgrade failed. Any suggestions?

The name of the site was shopburnet.org. We changed it to shopanddineburnet.org. We have a link in place to refer one to the other.05/17/2016 at 10:17 am #376578Steven ZahmKeymaster
The reason is because the addons are still activated on the shopburnet.org site. You need to deactivate the licenses on the old domain and then activate them on the new domain. If you no longer have access to the old domain to deactivate them, go to your purchase history click the Manage Sites link and deactiovate the old domain for each license. If you need, I can also manually deactivate the licenses on the old domain, just let me know and I’ll do it.
After you do that then navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Licenses tab on the the new domain. Make sure you have entered in the support license keys and activated them. After you do you should be able to update without issue.
