GuestHi,
I’m having the same problem. I’ve changed the folder permissions, added the local_file_base line and had a look at my htaccess file. I am getting the spinning circles for some images, though not all, and when I insect it, I see a 500 Internal Server Error with the line ‘Uncaught TypeError: Property ‘$’ of object [object Object] is not a function ‘.
Please can you help?
Many thanks,

The “Uncaught TypeError: Property ‘$’ of object [object Object] is not a function ” errors are more than likely being caused by the theme. The jQuery that is bundled with WordPress is not being used. If the theme has an option that loads jQuery from CDN or Google, disable it. If you have a plugin activated that is doing this, please deactivate it. Why, because they are doing it in a way that will break things for you. If there is not an option in the theme or you do not have a plugin installed that is doing this, I have built an option in Connections which attempts to fix this issue. Go to the Connections : Settings admin page and enable the Jquery Fixer option under the Advanced tab.
As for the Internal Server Error 500 … that is indicative of a PHP memory error. Well, it could be a great deal many things, but in this case I think it is a memory error. Please try increasing the memory allocated to PHP. Here’s an excellent blog post with several different methods. which method that will work for you will depend on your webhost. I suggest starting at the top an working your way down the list.
Hope that helps.

GuestHi Steeve!
Thanks for your plugin, easy to use!
However, I’m having issues with the Slim Plus template.
I want to display a logo, the image is loaded in the right section, and in the “link” section I quote ” assign link to the logo” but the the logo doesn’t appear in the front page.“Publish” option is set on “individual”…
How can I proceed? Thanks for helping me out!

I just took a look …
I see 4 entries, none of which seem to have an image uploaded at all. Are you asking how to show the logo instead of the image? If yes, then use this shortcode:
[connections image='logo']I hope that helps.

GuestThe four entries don’t have pictures uploaded but logos.
And I wanted to display logo with the link in the front page.
I’ll try the shortcode. Thanks.
