I’m not able to get images to display – all I get is the circle. I’ve tried other solutions here, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,

I just visited the site, none of the three entries that I can see seem to have an photo uploaded so I can’t see the issue. Can you upload a photo to one of those three and then I’ll take a look. Thanks.

Can you please try changing the permissions on this folder to 767:
../wp-content/plugins/connections/cache
Same for this file:
../wp-content/plugins/connections/cache/index.html

GuestThat seems to have fixed it – thanks!

You must have an .htaccess file blocking the access of the following folder:
../wp-content/plugins/connections/cache
Accessing the folder generates a 403 forbidden error by the web server.
Does that helps point you in the right direction?

GuestI cannot get my images to load either. All I get is the circle, but when I go to the individual contact’s page, the image is there. Any help would be appreciated.

I went to the site you listed when posting, I see the image for Identified. Is the issue resolved?

I do not understand what you mean with:You must have an .htaccess file blocking the access of the following folder:
