Good to hear! Taking a second look at this… I really should have set the default option to be the date rather than none. The next update will contain that change (it’ll only affect new instances of the widget). And maybe I should tweak the label to be Show Image or Date. Do you think that would have made it more apparent?
I think tweaking the label would be a helpful update. Then people like me wouldn’t be so confused… :)

Thanks for the feedback! I decided to change the default to display the date on the two upcoming widgets and change the label of the option to indicate the date or image can be selected. I’m thinking that make it much more lear.
VER. 2.2 Upcoming Anniversaries. I set Show Image dropdown to “Date,” but date is not showing up in widget. Just background graphic. Please advise.
