GuestHi! I have installed your plugin on a church website in order to create a private member directory. The box has been ticked to keep the info private. Everything has worked well until I tried logging in as a user (Subscriber, Customer, etc.).
WooCommerce is used to collect online donations and a new user is directed to the WooCommerce ‘My Account’ page. When I click on the Directory page which has the Connections shortcode, I get this message: ‘Please login to view the directory.’
It seems that when I go to the Directory page, I am no longer logged in. If I return to the My Account page, I am still logged in.
Any thoughts on what may be causing this?
Thanks!

Keymaster@ Patrick
Navigate to the Connections : Roles admin and make sure the user roles that your users are assigned when they are logged on have the correct permissions assigned. Hope this helps, let me know.

KeymasterWhat is the new user’s role after it is created and they are logged in?
Are you using a page caching plugin? If so, are you displayed cached pages for logged in users?

KeymasterI suspect the issue is that you are caching pages for logged in users. Instead of clearing the cache, can you disable the option or exclude that page from the cache. You can give me a login if you wish as a private reply.
