GuestHi Steven,
On the page
http://connections-pro.com/faqs/ive-installed-link-but-how-do-users-add-or-edit-their-entry/it says,
There are two places in the admin where they can find the form to add or edit their entry. The first is under the the user’s “Profile” page, Link adds a new sub-page called, “Your Directory Entry”. This will be right under the “Your Profile” admin page. The second place can be found under the “Howdy, Some User” menu on the top right of all admin pages.
when I log in as a subscriber, I see no links even though “add entry” “edit entry” and “delete entry” are checked for subscribers on the Roles & Capabilities page.
Any help will be much appreciated!

This sounds like a plugin conflict. What other plugins do you have installed? Have you tried deactivating them one at a time to find which one there is a conflict with?

It does not seem that you have the have the Link extension installed and activated. I search the purchase for the email address you used to post and no results were found. Did you purchase Link with another email address?
Any way, the solution is to install Link and activate it. You can download it from your purchase history.
I hope that helps!

ParticipantHi.
I’ve created an user and set his role to see Connections. When I connect with this user, I can’t see the Connections menu or where can this user edit his information?
Thanks.04/23/2014 at 4:08 pm #289379Arleston
ParticipantAnother question. How can I connect an user in wordpress with an organization in connections? How can I have a login and password to an organization then they can edit their information? Thanks.
