    I also changed permissions of both ./wp-content/plugins/connections/cache/index.php and ./wp-content/plugins/connections/cache/index.html to:

    rwx rw- rwx

    Still only NON-photo submissions are accepted.

    Test Suite just continues to run indefinately.

    Nothing is working as expected. Suggestions?

    @ Enrique

    This is what is being reported by PHP for your memory PHP Memory Limit : 60M. That is the info from what you pasted from the System widget. So it seems the memory settings are not being applied. I think you might need to contact the web host in order to found out what you need to change in order to bump that value.
