ParticipantReferring the solution you gave to some other user (Here), I did what u suggested but any keyword search is returning no result (Screenshot attached).
Though I have only few test entries for now, I would like to see it working before I proceed. U can still access my website using credentials I shared earlier in a private message (Here)

I took a look and ti does appear to be working fine. I noticed you had the word text in a couple bios — here’s a link to you directory which filters the results by
test
:http://projectlife.net/river/?page_id=4&cn-s=Test&cn-cat=
Hope this helps!

ParticipantI’m still confused if I’m searching the right way or not. I have a Simple Connections Search in my right panel. I entered the search text “test” and it shown me again “Nothing Found” and my search result page URL is very different from yours. Its “http://projectlife.net/river/?cn-s=test” at my end. One more thing when I search using this URL (http://projectlife.net/river/home/?cn-s=test) it shows me the correct result as your search does. My Directory is located on the “Home” page. Please refer attachments. Thanks

Ok, I see. I tested the keyword search added by the Circled template which worked as expected. The Simple Search widget does (did) indeed have a bug. The directory page on the same page as the WordPress Front Page is a special case due to the way WordPress handles the front page internally. The template search took this into account properly, the widget did not. I’ve applied a “hotfix” the widget on your site. It now functions as expected when the directory of on the front page.
Apologies for the trouble!

Oh, forgot to mention… you’ll have to refresh the page at least once before doing a search so WordPress updates the page with the correct code.
