ParticipantSteven – I love how thorough you are!
One correction/question: when I go to my purchase history page then click on downloads, I can see all of the download links, but don’t see any version number info.

RE: when I go to my purchase history page then click on downloads, I can see all of the download links, but don’t see any version number info.
Under the Downloads tab there are three columns of info. The first is the “Download Name”. This is the name of the item, eg. Form. The second column is the “Files” column. This is the link to the download, eg. connections-form.zip. The link is presented as a zip filename. The third column is the “Current Version” column, eg. 2.4.3. This is the current version of the item.
I did check by logging as you, just in case for some reason your account could not see that info and it is there. Perhaps we are not talking about the same thing?

ParticipantHi Steven –
Following the directions you gave takes me to a page with URL starting with:
https://connections-pro.com/shopping-cart/thank-you/?payment_key=cac….Here’s a screenshot of what I see there (there are download links, but no columns with version info):
I just pasted in a Dropbox link to the screenshot, I’m not sure if that will work, so I’m also trying to post it as a file attachment…

You’re navigating to the sales receipt. Navigate to your purchase history page and then click the Downloads tab.
There are three tabs right at the top, Receipt, Downloads and Licenses. Click the Downloads tab.
I deleted the screenshot of the receipt because it was publically visible to logged in support forum members.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantSteven – I finally got it. You referred to clicking on the “Downloads tab” however I focused on the one key word “Downloads” and clicked on the “View Details and Downloads” link in the purchase history. I didn’t pay attention to the mention of TAB, so I missed seeing that – it’s in much smaller text, above the more obvious list of Purchases.
Thank you for staying with me, and continuing to graciously explain where to look. My only suggestions might be to make the TAB structure a bit more prominent and/or to explain more explicitly to click on the Download TAB at the top, and state that it is ABOVE the list of purchases.
Thanks again for your dedicated, super-professional and caring support!
