ParticipantHi
I’m very pleased with connections and looking forward to developing it, but for now I am unable to get the biographical information to show, and the notes (if I wanted them). I’m sure it’s a super easy fix but I am not able to identify how. Appreciate your assistance:) Thank you. GingerHere is my URL http://www.nhadaca.org/substance-abuse-counselors/. Currently I am using the Department field to list add’l info – which is not available under organizational listing. I tried adding a field and it simply doesn’t show up either, not visible publicly.

The tile itself does not show the bio or notes fields. Is that where you want it to show?
I see that is does show fine when you click thru to the single entry:
http://www.nhadaca.org/substance-abuse-counselors/name/elena-vanzandt/
In the Tile template this is where it is supposed to be displayed. If you want to show this info in the list, then you’ll need to use a different template, like cMap.
Does that help?

ParticipantOh. OK. That makes sense to me. It looks like a superb template. After I purchase it and upload – do I have to perform any other changes in settings or is it like magic and presto? Thanks for your super quick reply. Priceless.

Well… after you install it the only thing you have to do is activate it on the Connections : Templates admin page. As far as all the settings that is available to cMap… that is all optional. I would say after you install and activate it, visit the Template Customizer… that is the Customize button you’ll find on the Connections : Templates admin page for the cMap template. It is very configure with a point an interactive point and click interface. Enjoy!
