Looks like we were writing replies and posting them almost at the same time…
re: The new users would register through the WP facility. Once they’ve done that, they will be able to edit their CONNECTION record, and if I add FORM, I can give them (and me) the ability to edit via the front end (as opposed to logging in to the admin section). Do I have that right?
Yes, that is correct. But as mentioned in my last reply, you’ll need Link to link the user to a entry to allow the user to maintain it. Form is to allow that from the frontend.

It’s LINK v 2.0.3 and I’m trying to update to 2.0.4. Also, I am using 8.5.11 CONNECTIONS. And, of course, this time I tried, it updated successfully. I guess we can REALLY mark this thread as resolved!

Hmmm, perhaps the software that manages upgrade requests caches responses for a small amount of time. Good to hear it updated.
