For some reason the View All option on the category doesn’t work. Neither does the link to an entry…

I get a 404 error (Oops!) instead on

http://godaddywp.newpathconsulting.com/directory/view/all/

or

http://godaddywp.newpathconsulting.com/directory/name/newpath-consulting/

I am not using any extensions to Connections or a custom theme. The shortcode is I am using is a simple [connections]

I am using a security plugin to restrict access to the site… Password is VICConline

What could be wrong?

I also note that the logo is not appearing on the display even though one is uploaded. Here are the system specifics through the System page on the plugin

There seems to some issue with permalinks as I can use the query var equivalents which is actually what WP uses behind the scenes when parsing permalinks. See these will work:

• http://godaddywp.newpathconsulting.com/directory/?cn-view=all
• http://godaddywp.newpathconsulting.com/directory/?cn-entry-slug=newpath-consulting

Can you try this… go to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Advanced tab. Click the Save Changes button, making no changes.

Try going to the WP Permalink settings page and clicking the Save Changes button.

Try going back to the default theme temporarily to eliminate the possibility that this is somehow being caused by the theme.

Lastly, none of the core templates which come with Connections show the logo. A couple commercial templates like cMap will show the logo by default. Most of the other will only show the photo but can be configured to show the logo instead.
