The issue may be that the script can not determine the correct document root due to the way the host may have the virtual hosts setup.
Can you share a link with me to page on the site where you’re using Connections so I can take a closer look?
I got it working. “DOCUMENT_ROOT” was all I needed to do some other searches.
In the example fix to the config file this piece was missing:
define (‘LOCAL_FILE_BASE_DIRECTORY’,’/data/www/’);
