ParticipantSteve, I finally got the permissions updated with my host and they thought it worth mentioning that our server is a Windows Server.
So now I can upload images to WordPress, but I’m several errors like this on the frontend..
Warning: rename(D:\Hosting\8418621\html\_palafoxmarket.com/wp-content/connection_images/aceart_logo_original.jpg,D:\Hosting\8418621\html\_palafoxmarket.com/wp-content/uploads\connections-images\ace-art\aceart_logo_original.jpg) [function.rename]: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\8418621\html\_palafoxmarket.com\wp-content\plugins\connections\includes\entry\class.entry-data.php on line 4025You can see them at http://palafoxmarket.com/vendors/
I’m going to see if I can figure it out if it’s permissions again, but wanted to let you know now that I’ve made progress. If you have any ideas, let me know… and if I fix it, I’ll report back.

Yes, I saw that it was a Windows IIS Server but it does not seem to be configured in a WordPress/PHP friendly way … probably not the best way to put it, but server config is not an area of my expertise.
The error you’re getting is actually good progress as Connections is attempting to move the files to the new location.
I think what needs to be is the host needs to add the php user/group to the web server group so they both have the same permissions … that should let the PHP process have the needed permissions to copy/rename files.

ParticipantThank you for all of your help Steve. I switched our hosting over to a Linux server and everything is working normally again.
