ParticipantHi again, Steven. I checked all but can’t find errors. I don’t have knoweledges of programming, php, … but also I can’t understand that yesterday it was all ok and this morning crashes without do anything. If a solution is your beta connections, and it works ok with cmap, … ok. If you want ftp access, ok too. Thanks

None of the previous solution in this thread apply to the new 8.1 version of Connections. The image processing code was rewritten from the ground up for several reasons. The benefits are all processing now uses core WordPress functions rather than third party scripts, responsive image and HiDPI (Retina) image support.
I am preparing a bugfix release which addresses several different issues a few users are having with images. If you can grant me FTP and admin access, I’ll install this bugfix release to make sure that it also addresses the issue with images on your site.

ParticipantSolved !!
I tried all the things, and finally I found a htaccess file unkonwn until now in “uploads” folder ¿¿?? with a strange redirection. I have downloaded and deleted both files (.htaccess and -htcaccess). Connections files works again. I don’t understand nothing, but all is ok now. If this explanation solves anyone problems, … Regards.I still waiting for the new and better connections plugin. Regards

Good to hear you solved the issue … not sure how an .htaccess file would have ended up there. Another plugin must have added it.

I did try to login, after I did, all I get is the server response error code 403 … perhaps my IP address is being blocked. Do you have any security related plugin installed? If you do, you’re going to have to whitelist my IP address.
