    Hello

    I am getting the following error when publishing [Visibility: Public] the directory entry:

    Error: Image path /nas/content/live/ebwomen/wp-content/uploads/connections-images/cn-id-0/photo-short-haircut.jpg does not exist.

    Please advise.

    Login to your site with FTP and navigate to the image file path? Does the folder and image actually exist? If it does, then it could be file/folder permissions issue on the server. Do other image appear fine?

    My guess is that the entry which has the image /cn-id-0/photo-short-haircut.jpg is not the Dawn entry. Whichever entry in your directory that is cn-id-0 has that image that is missing. Located that entry and upload a new image. That should resolve it.

    The cn-id-0 is the entry slug. The entry slugs can be found on the Connections : Manage admin page after you click the View Details action link. It’ll be to the far right.

    Here’s a screenshot. The link is right underneath the entry name on the Connections : Manage admin page.

    This is the cn-id-0 entry the error is referring to, not this entry your were looking at:

    https://ebwn.org/member-directory/name/dawn-biocca-4/

    The Tina K. entry has an image assigned to it which was appears to have been deleted from your web server. When you logged into your site with FTP to verify if the cn-id-0 existed, you said it did not. The only way for this to happen is if the folder was deleted manually or some other method not being managed by Connections.

    So, to fix the error, upload a new image. Hope this helps!
