    Ok, according to the screenshot you have version 8.36.1 installed, not 8.3.6 (which never existed, but if it did would be from 2015).

    I am still not sure what you mean by “4.8 and 4.8.1“. Those versions have never existed for Connections or CSV Import. Do you mean Connections version 8.42.1??? Or are you talking about the WordPress version you have installed???

    You have not answered which version of CSV Import is installed. The current version is 2.1.1. If it is not current, please update.

    Have you tried the solutions I provided in my previous reply? You have not answered this question.

    I test with new version connection csv working

    But il update connection no working

    Solution

    I install old version before 4.8x is working

    I block update and wait nezs version or if you want connect in website backup for see

    Ok, glad to hear it it work, still not sure what “4.8x” is, but as long as it works :).
