Steven,
Tried those and have them removed from the .js file. It looks like it starts to display the date fields, but then pops closed? Maybe missing another reference somewhere? When I searched for those 2 expressions, there was only 1 for the slideDown and 2 for the slideUp that I found.

Apologies…
I forgot to edit my copy/paste; remove all instances of:
$('.celebrate').;
$('.celebrate-disabled').;
After the period it will be either slideUp
or slideDown
with a total of 7 instances.
That’s got it Steve. Thanks sir.
I’m wondering if we could also change the day field to a year, too? Think about that and let me know what you think. Basically they want to capture the date a business was established… month and year.
This probably needs to go into a feature request section, but the ability to add custom fields would be an AWESOME addition. :-)
@ Brian
I see. Right now this isn’t possible in Form and … Form is due for a complete rewrite in order to support the forthcoming custom fields support I’m building into Connections.
Here’s a link to a few videos showing it in action. Right now this is simply an API that can be used to easily allow devs to extend Connections and that is what the free Business Hours extension will show off.
