ParticipantI’m trying to import a csv and have mapped all the fields correctly (tried multiple times) but every time the address line one is in state, city is in zip code, phone #’s and email addresses are left out, etc. Is there any way I can send you the csv privately to troubleshoot?

What version of the CSV Import? Is it current? The current version is 1.4.7.
Generally errors like this is due to malformed CSV files. I suggest opening the file in Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc. Remove all empty columns, save out a copy ensuring the file is UTF8 encoded.
If CSV Import is current and following the above linked advice does not help, you can attach the file as a private reply. You might have to rename it from
.csv
to.txt
in order to attach it.Hope this helps, let me know.

I see nothing obviously wrong with the file. Can I get a WP admin login and a screenshot of the mapping you are using when importing the file? Details can be posted here as a private reply.

Hmmm… the password seems to be invalid. Could you double check it?

ParticipantI’m sorry. Try the same one again. It should work now.

Ok, I was able to duplicate and determine the issues. Two items I do not think I considered… duplicate column names in the CSV file mapping to duplicate data types. Eg., multiple columns named phone, mapped to the “Home Phone” type. Each in themselves presents an issue and combined make it worse.
The easy quick fix… make sure each column header name is unique and map each column to a unique field type. Eg., “phone, phone 1, phone 3” mapped to “Home Phone”, “Work Phone” and “Cell Phone”. OR Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Field Configuration tab and scroll to the Phone Types section. Here you can add additional “home” phone types, such as “Home Phone 1”. You will then be able to map to it when importing. While this will work for the phone numbers, it will not work for the email as I have not yet added the email field types options yet. This will be added in the next Connections update.
I don’t think I’ve ever considered that one would import multiple home phones and such to a single entry.
If your timeline permits, I can work out this issue and update the CSV Import to work correctly in this scenario and then import the file for you. Let me know.
