This is the error I get when I enter a record. I used the logo field to show head shots of the person. Now they are all gone and the image is missing from the logo field and I see this error on top. I have looked over other posts with the same errors and tried the fixes indicated but nothing seems to work. Please let me know how I should proceed.
@ anthonyyang
It use to be fine, correct?
Do you know what changes took place which caused this error to start? For example, have you moved the site or edited the wp-config.php file or installed/remove some other plugin?
Yes it used to be fine. I don’t believe we have done anything major to the site. We have updated plugins but I am not quite sure when it broke. Since it just took the images away from the directory, I only noticed that it was broken when trying to add new images to the directory. Is there anything I can check? We do have forced SSL on the whole site.

What is the content of the wp-config.php
file? Post as a private reply.
@ anthonyyang
The very first line of the file is incorrect. It has fancy-quotes instead of straight-quotes:
Current: define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);
Should be: define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);
I doubt that would cause the issue though…
Can you create a remote system info viewing link and share it with me? Navigate to the Connections : Tools admin page and slick the System Info tab. Scroll to the bottom and click the generate button.
@ anthonyyang
Hmmm… sorry, but something is preventing me from viewing the link. It just redirects to the sites home page. Could you paste the info into a text file and attach it instead?
