You can accomplish this by setting the Visibility info you wish to keep private to Private. You have this option available for all the repeatable fields such as addresses, phone numbers and email address. The user would have to log into the site to be able to view the private details. This is the only way to show different data based on the user.

The user would have to be logged in then, if that user has the view private capability, they will have the option to choose in Form.

Where at, exactly. Connections can show a map in several contexts.

In france with RGPD is not possible appair email adress piblic but if lawyer is connect in wordpress adress is visible both form

When you add an email address, set the Visibility option to Private. On users who are logged as Subscriber will be able to see the email address.

If you do not see the Visibility option, you might have disabled it in the settings. It can be enabled again on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Fieldset Config tab in the Email section.

By default the Subscriber role can view Private. If you have changed this, it can be changed back on the Connections : Roles admin page. Give the Subscriber role the View Private capability.

OR

You can use the Contact addon. This hides the email from display, then all site visitor can just use the contact form to email the entry. This way the email is never public.

I think I understand, you want to display the email and use the contact form. Is that correct? If it is, sorry, but there is not an option to do this.
