    @ Colin

    Did you restrict access to the admin using S2 or any other plugin?

    after you make a settings change you must re-upload the image in order for it to be created at the new settings.

    Also, make sure you flush the page cache after you make a change if you are using a caching plugin. For logos I highly suggest Fill, maintain aspect ratio.
