GuestDescription of problem.
A client has profile on the site, they click to edit it from front end, and expect to see all the completed fields find the one to edit make changes and save again but instead all fields are blank?? In effect they have to recreate the whole profile again?
Is that correct or is there a problem?
Thanks

Is this question relating to Link and the “Edit My Directory Entry” admin page?

Guesthi
Yes, it seems to say Edit profile (front end link) but goes to add profile which I guess is why the content is blank rather than partially complete.Hope that makes sense
Thanks

The WordPress User Profile page is not part of Connections. Do you have Link installed and activated?
08/19/2013 at 2:25 pm #267523Colin
Guestthe page takes them to /wp-admin/users.php?pages=connections_link
the link plugin is installed and activated.
could it be something to do with s2 member plugin?

Definitely. Can I get a temp admin account? I’ll make a small change that should resolve the issue.

GuestHi
I wonder if you can help once more. The same problem seems to have arisen.
All the links when hovering over state the page as /wp-admin/users.php?pages=connections_link
However when clicking the link you end up at this page:
http://www.forthvalleychamber.co.uk/welcomeThere also seems to be a problem with the uploaded images http://www.forthvalleychamber.co.uk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connections_sett

tings&tab=images> &tab=imagesI have set these to Crop, maintain aspect ratio. In testing this I have used the kanyo profile and uploaded oversized images. The little icon in the backend:

I appreciate any assistance you can offer, thank you once again.
