ParticipantWe just moved our connections plugin and database to another URL on the same server. Since the move some of our entries get the following error when saving:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server.Any advice on what the issue would be?
Thanks!

Only some of the entries, not all? If that is the case, I can not fathom a reason why this would occur.
My only suggestion at this point is to navigate to the Connections : Roles admin page and reset all role capabilities. Let me know if that helps or not.

ParticipantSteven,
That didn’t seem to help. Any other ideas?

Do you by chance have some htaccess rules in place that are somehow being triggered?

ParticipantSteven,
the only thing we’ve setup in the htaccess file are the permalinks.
I’m not able to create a new entry either.

ParticipantSteven,
Just noticed something strange –
If I enter a short bio, the page saves without issue.
But then when I copy the full bio for the entry I get the error.
Example: http://foodandspirit.com/directory-of-certified-food-spirit-practitioners/name/cat-caruso/

Ok, try this, create an entry with a longer bio but make sure to use only “standard” characters, ie. do not use symbols like
&
and+
.Does that work or not?
This does sound like a PHP config issue. I suspect either
post_max_size
ormax_input_vars
need increased because the issue sounds a lot like this one being discussed in Stack Overflow.http://stackoverflow.com/questions/34678959/forbidden-error-when-many-inputs
CAn you navigate to the Connections : Tools admin page and click the Tools tab. Scroll to the bottom and click the Generate a URL for Remote Viewing. Reply back with that URL as a private reply.
Thanks!

So, If you add the same 4 long paragraphs into a new entry but add symbols, do you get the denied error?
