GuestWe’re also having the exact same duplicate date issue. We just started trying to use this functionality, so we don’t know if it was working previously.

If you give me a temp admin login I will take a look? Login details can be posted here as a private reply. FTP too in case I need to do deeper code debugging.

GuestOur site is internal, so there’s no way for me to provide a login. I’ve verified that the time is correct within php/wordpress.
Is it normal for a second anniversary date to be added after we enter the first? If so, then why is the date one day behind where it’s supposed to be?
A few other people have had this exact same issue. Were you able to find a fix that you can share?

ParticipantWe are still having the issue. Though we have blocked the showing of the anniversary date field from public view, we use the connections dashboard to monitor anniversaries as those in our system indicate certification expiration. Not sure if you were able to login back in March. We us cMap template and the connections scripts with NO hacks applied.

re: Is it normal for a second anniversary date to be added after we enter the first? If so, then why is the date one day behind where it’s supposed to be?
Anniversaries and Birthdays are saved in two locations, one instance is an old legacy location which did not save the year which was intentional at the time because Connections originated as a need for a church directory where years where not wanted. Connections has evolved substantially since then and the data moved to their own table which could save years as well as support arbitrary date “types”.
The second is to be filtered out, but in your case it is not because it is being saved with an incorrect day. The only known cause of this is if the server and mysql clocks do not match or set to different conflicting time zones. When the clocks are correct, the only other known issue to cause this is when the user permissions have been corrupted by a third party plugin. But since the dates do not match I suspect the former over the latter. But since I can not get access, there is really no way for me to know for sure if it is either issue or something new.
re: A few other people have had this exact same issue. Were you able to find a fix that you can share?
Right now, they are only three known to be having this issue. In fact, the clocks issue I mentioned in my previous answer. Even that has been addressed long ago because there is a check for the times and an offset applied to the time if needed to help ensure the dates match.
The issue, or rather feature, of mysql and PHP is that they automagically adjust times to the set time zone of the server which of course does not necessarily need to match (but should).
I wish I could help further but without being able to debug there is no solution I am able to offer as I can not duplicate it. Perhaps if I can get access to another user which’s site which is having the issue I will have a working solution I can share.

I tried both logins you’ve supplied, I can not seem to login into either WP or FTP. Could you please verify both login. Thanks!
ps. I’ll need both to assist in debugging.
