Hi, I have been trialing the software on my production server and I wanted to deactivate to look for a conflict.
when i deactivated the plugin, i got a too many redirects error and it crashed my public site. any ideas? i still need to deactivate asap.
Thanks heaps
@ Graham
Sorry, not have this issue reported before now. Nothing happens when deactivating Connections so there should be no reason for a too many redirects. Question. Does this happen when all other plugins are deactivated and you try to deactivate Connections.
it only seems to happen when I try to deactivate this one plugin.
@ Graham
If you send me a temp WP admin login and an FTP login, I’ll take a look. The details can be posted here as a private reply.
Thanks heaps Steven,
let me know how you go.
any luck?

re: any luck?
Oh, I’m guessing you were not able to see my previous reply. I’m unable to get a directory listing in FTP. Do you need to whitelist my IP or something?
Hi Steven,
No, for some reason I cannot log in, so I don’t see your private messages.
I just checked your FTP access and it is not restricted or blocked. If you can please grab my email address and email me my login details, I can look at your IP address in case it has somehow been blocked. Also, FTP into the main site, not the http://ftp.[site].
Oh, I just retried to deactivate and it again crashed my site with a ‘too many redirects” error
Thanks mate
