Yes, that is the one. It looks like the process use to migrate the Connections data created the table but it did not import the data. Fro the screenshot, I would expect the entry data to be displayed and it is empty. If there was data, tere would be table shown with that data. Click on the links table, that data appeared to import migrate and there is data.
If you still have access to the old database, you should be able to export the data and import it.

Yes, I would export the table as an SQL file. Before you export the table, disabled the FULLTEXT support on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Search tab.
After you import the SQL file into the new database, you’ll have to delete the existing table and then rename the imported table to match the table you’re just delete.
Since one table do not migrate, I would match show the number of rows in of the additional support table match and do those too if they do not.
