ParticipantI took over a site and migrated it from one host to another. When I did, our connections database did not reconnect and I am at a loss as to where I would reconnect it. I looked in the database and the columns are there, so the data didn’t get lost. Just don’t know how to reconnect.
I am at a novice level when it comes to this.
For what it’s worth, or page is here:

ParticipantThank you for your reply. I disabled FULLTEXT support and nothing changed. I attached screenshots and system info to see if that might help.
The database name is referenced correctly in the system info, and I included a screenshot of what I’m seeing in the database that seems to be connected to Connections.
My Manage section is empty as shown in the screenshot, too.
I appreciate the assistance with this. Let me know if there is a way to go through the basic set up again to connect the database. Maybe that would help?

Even though everything looks fine, I suspect a database error of some sort.
Please install the Query Monitor plugin and then navigate to the Connections Manage admin page.
If there is an error, the Query Monitor in the admin bar should be highlighted and when you click on it, you’ll be able to select the error section to display the messages Query Monitor has logged. Let me know what those messages are.

ParticipantI installed the plug-in and no errors were kicked back. I attached all that I could think to screenshot, including the base page in wordpress just in case I’m missing something basic.
Again, thank you for your help on this!

The screenshots are showing the request, not the queries… different things.
Please create a template admin using this plugin:

Reply back, as a private reply, with the login link and I’ll take a look.
