    I’ve never run into that type of error before. So, I’m not quite sure what the solution would be. Is your server running nginx? Maybe this blog post is the solution?

    I last used the csv import tool in February and it worked well. Today, it only imports 28 of 125 records. The file is the same one.

    connections csv 0.9
    connections 0.8.5

    Do you have any suggestions that I might try?

    The 0.9 version of the CSV Import may need to be updated. The latest is 1.0.4. I could locate the any purchase history for the email address you used to leave the post, so I assume you made the purchase using a different email address. I suggest logging into your purchase history and downloading the updated version.
