ParticipantHi! I purchased and installed the extensions pack and tried importing data from an CSV file. I mapped it with all the correct fields and it only has 15 rows but for some reason it says “please wait” and stays that way and never loads anything. What could be the issue?

I highly suspect that another plugin or perhaps the theme is not limiting their scripts to their admin pages which is causing a fatal script error preventing the import script from running.
Do the import using Chrome and when on the “please wait” page hit the F12 key and click the Console tab.
Any script errors will be displayed by Chrome here.
What are they?

Ok, it seems the server is actually responding with error 500 on the import process. I suggest doing the following:
Let me know how it goes!

GuestHi Steven,
I’ve increased both execution and memory limit but I’m still getting a 500 error.
Any ideas what else I could try? Thanks so much.

Please create a temp admin using this plugin:
Reply back, as a private reply, with the login link.
Also, please attach a copy of the CSV file being imported and a screenshot of the mapping step when importing that CSV file. When I get this info, I’ll take a look asap to help get this resolved for you.
One other thing you could do to diagnose the issue is the theme/plugin conflict checks.
I suspect, at this point another plugin/theme is causing an error which is corrupting the server reply required during the import process.
