Hmmm… I updated my hosts file with the info you gave but all I get is a static site, not a WP site. I’ve done a ping using the host name and the correct IP is replying. Is the info correct?

Still no joy :(
Perhaps I am doing something wrong, though I do not see how. I’ve attached a screenshot showing my hosts file. I have two lines for your site because what gave was slightly different in both replies. But The results we’re the same no matter which I used. The screenshot also shows the ping going to the correct IP. The screenshot shows the Chrome network request for the page which is also resolving to the correct IP. I even tried simply using the IP address.

ParticipantHi Steven,
That’s really odd.
Regardless, the latest updates have fixed the problem. I can edit templates and import template settings!
Thanks for your work on the updates.
By the way, when logged in to my profile, there seems no way to find my support tickets?
Thanks

Ha! the oddness continues. I can’t think of a single change that would have an effect on the settings or templates. But I’ll take it :D
re: By the way, when logged in to my profile, there seems no way to find my support tickets?
After you login, on the forum pages, the login form on the top right changes to a “Welcome” area and it has links to:
- My Support Topics
- My Support Topic Replies
- My Support Topic Favorites
- My Support Topic Subscriptions
And a logout button.
The first link; “My Support Topics” will show all the forum topics you started.
Hope that helps!
