GuestDear Support,
We are using your Connection plugin for showing practitioner profiles on our website(WordPress).
http://lifepositive.com/practitioners/We want to know how can we connect these practitioner profiles to there registered usernames. So that after logged in they can edit there own profiles.
We have checked introduction of Link plugin which i think would help us to solve our purpose. We just need to confirm on few things before purchasing it.
1. Can LINK plugin automatically link our already created registered users and already created connection profiles ?
(This is a very important point for us as we have a lot of users on our website)
2. In case the registered member will be linked to connection profile, how can he edit the profile from front end(Front Panel).Hope to hear from you soon.

1. Yes, Link will link the past registered users and their entry, when they next log into the site as long as the email addresses match in both the user account and in the entry.
2. Right now this is not possible. I’m nearing completing Link 2.0 which will enable front-end editing as long as Form 2.0 is installed and active. Form 2.0 is also under development and nearing completion.
I hope that answers your questions!

GuestHey Steven,
Thanks for the reply.
We have purchased the Link plugin. I have tested it for a user and it has been successfully linked.
Can you plz tell how can a user see his connection profile after he logged in to our website i.e Can we have any my profile link for the user so that he can directly go to his connection profile after logged in?

Currently there is not an option to add a link to view the entry. However, this already has been added to Link 2.0. Would you like to beta test it? If you do, I would need the email address that you used to make the purchase of Link. You can post it here as a private reply.

GuestHey Steven,
I have received the beta version. But it is giving me an error while activating the plugin.
Below is the error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function Connections_Directory() in /home/manager/test/wp-content/plugins/connections-link/connections_link.php on line 25305/28/2014 at 8:53 am #292285Steven Zahm

You do have Connections activated, yes? Ok, you must have it activated… Which version of Connections do you have installed? Wait, I just took a look at your site, http://lifepositive.com/practitioners/. You going to need Connections 0.8.9 installed for the Link beta to work.

GuestHey Steven,
Thanks, i am able to test it now.
Its working f9.
As of now user can successfully edit connection entry from Dashboard. But for editing connection entry from front panel i am guessing that we need to wait for the release of Form 2.0. Is that right?
