You need to install Connections in order to use cMap.
Here a link to the QuickStart:
http://connections-pro.com/quickstart/And a link to the template installation instructions (which mentions the requirement):
http://connections-pro.com/documentation/install/templates/Hope that helps! Let me know.

It appears you might running a pretty old version of Connections… you’re going to have to update it.

ParticipantOk, thanks I have updated Connections and Cmap is working now. Thanks!
I was wondering, is there a way where you can have the list showing one particular category first rather than all the entries? I want to show Registered Hypnotherapists first on the list and then people can filter to show location. Thanks

You can use the category shortcode option. It’ll load the results with the selected category, but when a user selects a category it overrides the shortcode options.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantGreat thanks! Another question. Is there a way where I can sort the list by categories rather than alphabetical order. Ideally I’d like to sort my directory by location rather than alphabetical listing.
thanks

re: Is there a way where I can sort the list by categories rather than alphabetical order
Sorry, no, you can group by category. You can learn about the supported sorting on this doc page using the order_by shortcode option.re: i want something similar to this http://connections-pro.com/support/topic/cmap-install-not-working/#post-320014

Any of the template which has a category drop down, like cMap allows you to filter by category. So there is nothing to set up, you already have it.Hope that helps!
