    I followed the steps below from another forum post. It worked but my category descriptions that were displaying on my category pages have disappeared. How do I resolve this?

    This is expected as you never leave the page where you inserted the shortcode. You can accomplish what you want with a more complex setup.

    Create a new page. The name is not important but should be relevant. Let’s call the page “Business”. In the “Business” page content, add the [connections] shortcode with no options. After you save the page. Look in the browser’s address bar. Note the post ID that WordPress assigns the page.

    Now, edit the original page and add the home_id shortcode option to the shortcode. Setting the value to the new “Business” page post ID.

    You after screenshot does not seem to be showing the directory filtered by a category which means no category description. So, I really can’t see the issue. Or maybe I do not understand.
