You’ll have to contact the dev of Visual Form Builder Pro to get their error fixed.
May I get a temp FTP account so I can take a closer look. Timthumb is still reporting a permissions error … but everything seems right.

GuestSteven, can you send me a private message so that I can provide that to you privately?

GuestSteven, I’ve turned off every other plugin on the site with exception of your Connections plugin. The Slim Plus still does not work. When I change the template from Slim Plus to say “Default Entry Card 1.0”, then the photo displays with the contact without issue. Of course when I do this, the directory becomes a long page since each contact is opened.
Any assistance?
I’m glad to give you access but won’t post here.

I just emailed.
The supplied default templates use whatever image size that was created when the image was uploaded to the entry several of the templates require a specific image size and will dynamically create that image.
There’s no need to deactivate any further plugins since we’ve identified the ones causing the JavaScript errors. As you saw, the collapsing was functioning correctly. The dynamic image creation is a PHP function and the issue that is preventing that is server permission on the folder that image is created.

Yes, I’m literally looking now … but can you switch the template back?

GuestTemplate changed as requested.

Ok, the permissions issue is resolved. I had to set the following file to 767.
../wp-content/plugins/connections/cache/index.php
Of course the JavaScript errors in the other plugins are going to prevent the template from functioning, but if you deactivate the same couple plugins again the template should work fine. Let me know.

GuestThank you. I thought just the folder had to have permissions. Had you told me individual file, I would have saved you the work. I’m grateful for your help.

This is the first time I’ve ever had to adjust the file’s permission. Anyway, definitely glad I was able to help.
