    Bought the tile plus and the entries don’t always show. Tried the button to override the plugin conflicts. It showed all of the entries and then it didn’t.

    What could be my problem.

    Hard to say, I need more info.

    1. Are the entries set be be “Public”?
    2. What is the exact shortcode you are using on the director page?
    3. Can you please share a link to the directory page?
    4. Can you share a System Info link with me? This can be created on the Connections : Tools admin page under the System Info tab.

    Hello

    Under connections>settings>advanced; you have a section called compatibility and then templates. This says themes can bread plugin shortcodes that ooutput content on the page…enable this option. That was button I checked, and now have unchecked.

    1) All entries are public.
    2) shortcode I am using is [connection]
    3) Link to page exhibiting problem is http://homeschoolmothers.com/business-listings/
    4) http://homeschoolmothers.com/?cn-system-info=v37VWgX0UlWbrwYf4zAYUlMCkbqBlg2a

    The shortcode should be [connections].

    Does that fix the issue? I was expecting to see something different… not quite sure what, but something else…

    Yes. That does fix it beautifully. Thank you! My client now wants the posts to look like this.

    The template used on the Dance Trains site is using the cMap template. You site is using the Tile Plus template..
