ParticipantI used csv file to import profiles to connections list but now i’d like to allow my wordpress users to edit their info. Problem is if someone with matching email address logs in to wordpress and tries to view list of connections instead “Edit” button he will only see “Add My Directory Entry” button. I would expect that if I import users through CSV and logged in wordpress user email matches that in connections then they should be able to edit their profile the same as they would create a profile themself. Is it possible in this case?

No, importing does not link users to a Connections entry based on email that is what the Link extension does when the user logs in.
I see you have purchased the Pro Pack, do you have Link installed and activated? I suspect that it is because you would not see the “Add My Directory Entry” link.
Do you have any membership like plugin installed and activated in WordPress? If you do, which one?

re: s2member
The first thing to try is this:
http://connections-pro.com/faqs/s2member/
If that does not work… I am releasing an update to Link today, in a couple hours. It contains a workaround for membership plugins which break the core WordPress
wp_login
action by calling it manually and not passing the user object. The later items is what stops Link from working correctly. It also corrects a bug where it would display the add my directory entry link to user roles which did not have that correct capabilities assigned. If the s2member fix did not fix the issue perhaps the workaround I’m introducing in the next release will.02/19/2016 at 1:38 pm #365958Steven Zahm

fyi… I posted the update to Link. Give the update a try to see if it solves this issue.
