fyi, I’ve just now turned on some debugging messages. I’ll turn these off again as soon as I’m finished.

Did you move you blog/host or anything like that? Change you database info in the wp-config?
The permissions for both the WP installs are very bad … I spent most my morning fixing them which fixed you blogs so they load correctly and faster.

I think your database restore wiped the Connections tables empty. What process did you use to backup and restore?

ParticipantI backed it up from my hosting account and used the restore facility from my hosting account. The information should still be there as I can see all the image files on the server in the connection directories.
If I have to add all the entries again manually how do I bypass the settings tab that asks you to select a page to run connections on as I had the profile template on two pages?

The image files do not mean the data is in the database, they’re completely unrelated.
Can I also get access to the host control panel? The data, must be in the backups you made from the host, I’m certain of that. I need to see be to be certain, then I can likely restore it.
Don’t worry about choosing a directory home page, that will not affect how you are using Connections. Just choose one of the pages and it’ll be fine.

Never received the host login. Which email address was it sent to?
