The mysql table name is ‘dom_wp_11_connections’.
oops, for some reason in dropped in the extra info that it wasn’t showing in the text box when I copied and pasted. The table name is ‘dom_wp_11_connections’

Ok, no that doesn’t make sense.
Table Name: dom_wp_11_connections
Image Path: ../wp-content/blogs.dir/34/connection_images/
I would have expected this:
Table Name: dom_wp_34_connections
Image Path: ../wp-content/blogs.dir/34/connection_images/
The numbers should match because that is the blog ID. Can you confirm?
Also, here’s a pre-release of the next version. I think it finally uses the correct paths and db table names for multisite.

If it doesn’t, on the Connections : Dashboard admin page you’ll find a System widget. I updated it to show me more info in regards to folder paths and db table names, attach a screen capture of it.
We do have some other sites that use connections as well. That might be why. This is the first one we saw and so we put that down.
Great news, 7.3.7 works on the various sites. Thanks for all your help fixing this matter. If you need anything else for me to test on the MU install please feel free to let me know.
