I recently purchased the Widget Pack extension through a Connections Pro Pack bundle, and it seems I’ve made a dumb mistake and caused some problems for the activation of my support license for this extension.
Under Home > My account > Purchase History, on the screen where I can choose on which site to activate the extension, I accidentally entered in the full URL of the WordPress Admin screen I was on… including the dynamic URL strings. Now, when I try to hit the “Deactivate Site” button to undo this mistake, nothing seems to happen. I’m afraid I may have caused a problem for the site activation feature by pasting in a dynamic URL.
I’ve attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean. I’m wondering if there’s a way we can fix this issue so that I can enter the correct url to activate the extension for my website (mycamelot.org/crusaders). I was able to successfully activate my support license for all other products in the Pro Pack; it’s just for the Widget Pack that I made this blunder.

I think I have this corrected. You should be able to activate the license in your site admin now.
